60-minute call where we’ll explore your current real estate business systems and identify your pain points, constraints, questions, areas of improvement, and possibilities. We’ll guide you to identify opportunities within your processes, workflows, and system, so we can optimize how you're using Notion day-to-day for your business.

Together, we’ll assign the customization hours that will be used to work on your Notion workspace. These are “done-for-you” customization hours.

They can be used for:

• Workspace cleanup

• Database setup (eg. CRM or Transaction databases)

• Business Dashboard building

• Database template setup

• Workflow setup

• Data import (eg. from other CRMs into Notion, etc.)

• Anything else you instruct us to work on in your Notion workspace!

Our customization hours can be used all at once or can also be spread out over a maximum period of 6 months should you need our services on a more periodic basis.

Throughout the duration of our services, you’ll get support via email, video, and access to your Client Portal to ask any questions you may have.
